What you submit
An inquiry sends the email address you type, plus the compound and vial already selected. The contact form sends the email address and the message you type. Do not add health information, payment details, or identification. The forms do not ask for them.
What the host may add
The hosting network may attach a country code to the connection. That code is copied into the internal email so a reply can take the request’s origin into account. It is not a field you fill in, and it is not a precise location.
Why it is kept
The address is used to reply. Messages are retained for that correspondence. A fixed deletion period is not published. This site has no checkout and does not describe an advertising profile or a sale of contact details.
How to ask about a message
Use the contact form. A separate privacy mailbox is not published.
